Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a top global retail and apparel client. This individual will lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs within the Enterprise Platform, Infrastructure, and Engineering space. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, financial oversight experience, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed teams. You will drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of transformative initiatives that enhance platforms, systems, and guest experiences while championing operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in information technology, cloud, global networking, systems engineering, infrastructure, hardware engineering, or technical program/product management
5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide technical programs
Demonstrated ownership of $5M–$10M+ program or portfolio financials
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies (Agile, Kanban)
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs at a portfolio level
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Microsoft Suite and Atlassian Suite
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior technical and business leaders
