Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Commercial Real Estate practice. This full-time, permanent role involves preparing legal documents and correspondence, assisting with commercial real estate transactions, conducting due diligence searches, registering documents, managing files and billing, and supporting lawyers with calendar and practice management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program or relevant experience;
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and BC Online;
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
experience in Commercial Real Estate is preferred
