Job Description

Our client is seeking a Legal Assistant to support lawyers within their Estates, Trusts, and Tax practice group. This role is primarily focused on solicitor-based tax and estate planning matters, including corporate reorganizations, trust structuring, and succession planning

Required Skills & Experience

Legal Assistant program or relevant experience

2-3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a litigation practice

Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court filing processes

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems such as iManage

Canadian Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

experience with BC Online and court services filing portals is an asset
