Job Description

This role sits within the Supply Chain Programs organization and focuses on process mapping, business requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Document and maintain current vs. future state process maps using Visio or similar tools.
• Lead or support process discovery sessions to capture workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Support process re engineering initiatives aligned with transformation strategy.
• Gather and document business requirements across cross functional partners.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, meeting notes, decisions, risks, and assumptions.
• Support analysts, PMs, and program teams within complex, cross functional supply chain initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, business analysis, or process improvement (internships acceptable).
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work cross functionally.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with planning systems or enterprise supply chain platforms
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification
• Experience showcasing complex process maps (the hiring manager specifically wants to see past work).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex initiatives into high level requirements.
• Familiarity with transformation programs, workflows, and structured documentation practices.
