Job Description

This role is focused on building and enhancing enterprise-wide analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities across Global Operations & Support.
• Create and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.
• Partner with vendors, internal architects, and data & insights teams to design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions.
• Apply technical expertise and problem solving skills to build, enhance, and automate analytics capabilities that support Operations & Support reporting.
• Use key performance metrics to influence and guide strategic decision making in close partnership with leadership.
• Own and lead strategic projects that drive continuous improvement within Global Operations & Support.
• Work with non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable data insights—even when information is incomplete.
• Contribute to ongoing development of BI and data solution ecosystems, championing best practices and improving data collection methodologies.
• Enable operational and exploratory analysis, including the application of AI reporting capabilities to retail-focused solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mid-level experience (4–7+ years) in Business Intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data extraction and integration.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Snowflake table maintenance, DAX, and/or data warehouse environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Skilled in managing, manipulating, and validating large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to work with sensitive data while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Familiarity with technology support/contact centre analytics: SLAs, incident metrics, CSAT, ASA, FCRR, etc.
• Familiarity with organizational people analytics: forecasting, turnover, scheduling metrics, shrinkage, and more.
• Adaptable, flexible, proactive self starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
• Strong time management and ability to handle competing priorities on tight timelines.
• Capability to hold others accountable and operate as a strategic, solution oriented thinker.
