Job Description

Our retail pharmaceutical client is seeking a Merchandise Support / Inventory Allocator to provide short-term support to the merchandising and category teams. This role will focus on inventory support, vendor coordination, and merchandising setup, requiring strong organizational skills and a high level of comfort working in Excel and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong Excel proficiency, including:
- Working with multiple worksheets
- Using quick keyboard functions and shortcuts
- Working knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Familiarity with retail merchandising data, including:
-UPC codes
-Product descriptions
-Markdowns
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, inventory allocation, or category support, ideally within a pharmaceutical or consumer retail setting
- Experience supporting category managers or merchandising leadership teams
