Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a critical role in a large‑scale technical refactor of our Salesforce platform. This is a foundational, highly technical initiative focused on eliminating long‑standing technical debt, modernizing our Salesforce data model, and enabling future capabilities across Salesforce clouds (including Loyalty Cloud).

Required Skills & Experience

-7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
-Deep expertise in:
Apex, SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce data modeling and schema design
- Proven experience implementing or migrating to Person Accounts in complex Salesforce orgs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce object relationships, activities, sharing, and security models.
- Experience working in environments with significant technical debt and legacy customizations.
- Demonstrated ability to safely refactor production Salesforce systems with minimal disruption.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or other Salesforce industry clouds.
- Background working alongside Technical BSAs and Technical PMs on platform initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and downstream system dependencies.
- Experience supporting phased migrations
