Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Global Team Network Operations team and is responsible for is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the company's global network infrastructure. This individual be playing a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining lululemon’s global network infrastructure. You will work closely with architects, operations teams, and vendors to ensure our network is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and cost. This role requires deep technical expertise in SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security, as well as a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements using observability tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Support Asset Protection Technology Infrastructure (CCTV and Physical Access Control) Operations
• Automate network tasks and configurations using scripting and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network architecture, configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support global network operations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
- SD-WAN (e.g., Cisco Meraki)
- Cloud networking (e.g., Aviatrix, AWS, Azure)
- Network security (e.g., Palo Alto, Zscaler)
- Monitoring and observability tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk)
• Proficiency in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Has previous experience as a Team Lead or Managing a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
