About the Role
Insight Global is seeing a Sr Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Financial ERP Implementations to support and enhance their global retail finance systems. The Project Manager will manage project progress, budget, milestones and help expand and unlock capabilities leveraging the financial ecosystems such as Oracle EBS Financials, Coupa S2P, Coupa Expense, Lucernex (Accruent). This project manager will be tasked to support various enhancement priorities slotted for this year, such as, an international expense roll out for 10 countries, the implementation of a Global E Invoicing System, expanding capabilities to include B2B wholesale channels, and absorbing international business operations from 3rd party management to in house management.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and monitor medium to large projects with complex scope, multiple workstreams and inter-dependences.
• Manage budget, resources, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and business requirements
• Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities
• Ensured all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years as a Technical Project Manager leading agile teams for global organizations within Financial ERP Projects
• Experience managing large-sized financial application projects in Tier 1 ERP Accounting Systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA or JD Edwards (JDE)
• Strong understanding in integration (with systems such as Coupa S2P, Coupa Expense, Lucernex (Accruent).
• Fluent in JIRA/Confluence; experience dashboarding, presentations.
• Experience working in a project/product matrixed organization at a major retailer.
• Experience managing external 3rd party vendor implementation with onshore and offshore teams
• Ability to successfully manage budget & resources and deliverables within project schedule (1 Million $ + budgets)
• Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
• Strong financial competency / financial background
• PMP certified

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CPA certified / holding other financial certifications
• Experience working in person in most recent role
• Strong retail industry experience
