Job Description
Insight Global is seeking remote Youtube Channel Managers to grow YouTube channels in the entertainment space, working with iconic movies, studios, and TV archives. The successful candidate will repackage existing content—clips, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage—into engaging videos optimized with strong titles, thumbnails, and metadata. The candidate will help shape narratives that resonate with fans and expand audiences, partnering with major studios like Sony, Lionsgate, and Universal.
Responsibilities:
Curate and repackage movie/TV content into engaging videos and playlists.
Manage YouTube channel operations: programming, metadata, thumbnails, packaging.
Build content calendars aligned with releases, trends, and seasonal moments.
Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and creative output.
Research trends and audience insights to guide strategy.
Collaborate with creative teams and maintain organized deliverables.
Monitor performance data and recommend optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience
Early-career experience in media, entertainment, or digital content.
Knowledge of SEO and YouTube best practices.
Strong editorial instincts and passion for film/TV.
Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
Data-driven mindset with comfort in collaboration.
Adaptable, proactive, and curious about new tools/AI.
Portfolio or examples of creative/digital media work.
