Job Description
We are looking for a Data Migration Project Lead for a role at Telus who will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of data post-acquisition of a healthcare company. This person will own the end-to-end data transfer project roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and risks. The role ensures data integrity, security, regulatory compliance, and business continuity throughout the transition. Acting as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and leadership, this is a delivery‑critical role. Success is measured by accurate, timely, and auditable data transfer with minimal disruption to operations.

Required Skills & Experience
6-8 years working in a similar role
Proven experience leading complex data migration or system integration projects
Strong background working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core platforms, or data warehouses).
Solid understanding of data structures, data quality management, and migration methodologies.
Excellent project management discipline (planning, risk management, reporting).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with data governance, master data management, or data privacy frameworks.
Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or data-related disciplines.
