Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support the Infrastructure Group in their Vancouver office. This role requires strong administrative, document management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between lawyers, internal teams, and external clients while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all aspects of file and practice management.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Legal Assistant position, preferably with infrastructure experience
Graduate of Legal Administrative Assistant program or relevant experience
Strong technical ability with word processing and formatting
Advanced PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Teams, SharePoint and Excel) and legal software knowledge (Chrome River, SAP, iManage knowledge would be an asset)
Possesses an in-depth knowledge of legal procedures in the related area of practice
