Insight Global is seeking an Operations Project Manager – Store Design to lead and support high-profile retail store design projects across the Mainland region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration between designers, design managers, construction partners, and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional retail environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- Background in Brand Operations, Creative Operations or Store Design Project Management
- Strong understanding of store design build-out schedules and construction processes
- Exceptional communication skills with high proficiency in
- Excel (Smartsheet experience is a plus)
- 5 to 7 years of Creative Project Management Experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with precision
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with Project Management Platforms such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables
- PMP Certification, demonstrating expertise in structured project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and execution
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, including designers and writers, with the ability to bridge strategy and execution while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships
