Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a systems analyst for one of our major retail clients on the Global Product Technology team.
Responsibilities include:
• Doing release coordination and responsible for ensuring team coordination for their current and upcoming processes
• Engagement with cross functional teams ensuring quality of releases
• Establishing change processes across the team
• Capture high-level functional and technical requirements
• Lead functional solution design discussions and system configurations
• Provide technical oversight into technology systems
• Support system administration and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, end-user documentation, and support for business operations

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of experience as a systems analyst
• Expert knowledge in ServiceNow and ITIL
• Background in change and release management
• Ability to bring a team from immature processes through transformation
