Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Journeyman to support residential and light commercial service operations. This Journeyman will work independently in the field, completing installation, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with provincial codes and safety standards. This position requires strong technical plumbing knowledge, the ability to manage daily tasks autonomously, and clear communication when working in customer-facing environments.

This is a mobile field role with consistent work, stable hours, a commission structure, and they're looking ot bring this person on long-term.

Required Skills & Experience

-Plumbing Apprenticeship or is a 4th year apprentice and has almost completed 6500 hours.
-Solid understanding of combustion theory and gas system safety
-Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
-Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules
-Strong communication and customer service skills
