Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Program Director for one of our quickly scaling start up clients. The client is a cleantech startup developing boutique net-zero AI data centres. The Program Director will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, net-new AI Data Center projects. This is a strategic leadership role requiring exceptional program management expertise, technical depth, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and risk, ensuring projects meet performance and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Drive execution of complex AI Data Center programs from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability targets.
Governance & Decision Gates: Own Q1 Go/No-Go and Q2 Commitment Gates, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Execution Discipline: Implement rigorous document lock processes, enforce scope discipline, and maintain a weekly execution cadence to keep projects on track.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with EPC partners, power and cooling specialists, finance teams, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Risk & Cost Management: Proactively identify risks, manage mitigation strategies, and ensure financial accountability across all phases of delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience delivering data center, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in EPC management and long-lead procurement for critical infrastructure.
Strong ability to enforce scope discipline and make tough decisions to protect project integrity.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with sustainability principles and net-zero design is a plus.
