Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, technically fluent PMO Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project teams (architects, data stakeholders, and PMs). This person thrives in fast-moving environments, keeps meetings and action items flowing, and brings structure to complex, data-heavy work. You’ll be the glue—owning notes, logs, templates, and rigor—while confidently keeping pace with technical conversations. This role is hybrid, 4 days a week onsite role that is 40 hours in duration.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

Go-Getter Attitude – proactive, self-starter, takes ownership.

Proactive with gaps & follow-up – identifies missing pieces, captures key takeaways, drives action items to closure.

Technical fluency – able to keep up with architecture discussions, act as a sounding board.

Data background – experience with data cleanup and remediation (not construction/build).

Experience supporting project teams – meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement.

2–3 years of Project Coordination experience – ideally in PMO or similar environment.

Tool proficiency:

Jira – 2+ years (boards, workflows, filters).

Confluence – 2+ years (templates, documentation).

Excel (macro-enabled) – 2+ years (advanced formulas, macros for reporting).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Data language exposure (e.g., SQL or similar for validation/reporting—not development-heavy)

Previous retail technology experience (systems, store ops, merchandising, or supply chain data)

Calm, steady demeanor – ability to work with a new team under high pressure and reduce anxiety

Ability to hit the ground running – quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environments

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
