Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join an enterprise retail company in Vancouver. This person will support the discovery, design and implementation for new business processes resulting from enterprise-level data model changes. This role will partner with cross-functional leaders across many critical business functions. At the highest level, someone who considers themselves a Project Management generalist or a “Swiss army knife” and can run workshops, but also corral technology, product management and business teams will be a good fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage timelines, planning, and execution for initiatives tied to implementation of new enterprise data models
• Partner with functional teams and business process analysts to understand business needs and translate them into requirements
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews to capture, refine, and validate new process workflows
• Ensure alignment between functional teams, product management and technical teams and program objectives
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across functional areas and proactively develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Change Management teams to support adoption, training, and communication
• Maintain project documentation such as RAID, plans, schedules etc.
• Work with finance/FP&A/AP to manage budgets & contracts for the program

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with proven experience managing enterprise-level projects
• Strong communications skills, with ability to present and summarize for senior leaders
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops, working sessions, and design reviews across business and technical teams
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and process workflows
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and impacts across multiple functional areas
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with product data
• Skills/background in analyst related work
• Retail/apparel/consumer good experience
