Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr/ Lead Digital Analyst to join one of North America largest athleisure wear companies. This role requires a high-performing analyst with a strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will lead discovery and validation efforts across multiple data platforms, with a focus on Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics supporting website initiatives. Day to day responsibilities include:
Data Validation & Implementation Oversight
Lead the implementation and validation of GA4 to match the breadth of Adobe Analytics event tracking.
Ensure parity between Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, particularly for marketing funnel tracking.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Compare website visit metrics across platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
Use SQL (BigQuery) to extract and segment data, identify discrepancies, and investigate root causes.
Conduct discovery exercises to understand data deltas (e.g., mobile vs desktop traffic differences).
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and technical teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Provide direction and clarity to stakeholders without direct reports.
Reporting & Communication
Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Communicate complex analytics concepts clearly, including platform-specific nuances (e.g., bounce rate calculations in GA4).
Problem Solving & Proactive Ownership
Identify and report issues proactively.
Navigate ambiguous timelines and evolving project scopes with confidence and adaptability.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in analytics, with a proven track record of delivering insights across multiple data sources.
Deep subject matter expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including platform mechanics and implementation.
Strong SQL skills, especially with BigQuery (Snowflake experience is a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Google Analytics (GA4), BigQuery, SQL (must-have)
High degree of ownership and responsiveness.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to manage a broad scope of topics and context-switch effectively.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project requirements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in retail analytics or ecommerce environments.
Familiarity with funnel analysis and marketing attribution models.
Experience leading or contributing to GA4 implementation projects.
Adobe Analytics , Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
