Job Description
Our client is is looking for a Business System Analyst 2 to join one of their development squads. This role acts as the key link between business teams and engineers—helping turn customer and technical needs into clear, actionable tasks. The BSA will manage and maintain the team’s backlog using JIRA, ensuring work is well-organized, prioritized, and visible to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with JIRA administration and reporting, understands agile delivery, and brings a background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, retrospectives). They’ll help streamline workflows, resolve cross-team blockers, and support continuous improvement across squads.
