5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security analysis, or application/platform security.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud security: profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access models.
Proven ability to maintain and prioritize a security backlog, aligning items to business risk and platform impact.
Experience creating and delivering security awareness campaigns, communications, and training.
Skilled in monitoring industry breaches, exploits, and attacker trends and applying findings to Salesforce threat modeling.
Familiarity with secure development practices (Apex, LWC, API integrations) and common Salesforce-specific vulnerabilities.
Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat intel feeds, DLP, etc.).
Ability to analyze and triage vulnerabilities, working with engineers to recommend practical mitigations.
Strong collaboration with enterprise security, compliance, and governance teams to align with standards and incident response.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to Salesforce (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2).
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders on security risks.
Passion for continuous learning in cloud and SaaS security, staying ahead of attacker techniques and emerging threats.
