Lululemon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join the MyDay team. This role will focus on gathering and prioritizing both business and technical requirements from stakeholders, evaluating and improving business processes, and supporting the development of innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Program, and Project Managers, as well as cross-functional technology teams, to define the scope and requirements for a new initiative called RFloora project aimed at streamlining login capabilities and enabling real-time data synchronization with backend systems. Were looking for a senior-level Business Analyst with:
- Proven experience working on mobile applications (iOS preferred)
- A solid understanding of APIs
- A background in partnering with design teams to translate business needs into user-centric solutions
