Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the procurement team in a large retail client hybrid in BC. This PC will support the vendor management within their IT procurement space, overseeing the period business reviews for these partners.

They will:
• Manage Tier 1 Periodic Business Review (PBR) Logistics: Schedule and coordinate all aspects of Tier 1 PBR meetings, ensuring timely execution.
• Facilitate PBR Content Development: Collaborate with internal vendor owners and external vendors to coordinate the creation and compilation of PBR presentation materials.
• Oversee PBR Follow-up and Accountability: Track PBR action items assigned to vendor owners and vendors, ensuring follow-up and completion.
• Analyze PBR Effectiveness: Gather, track (via MS Forms), and synthesize participant feedback from PBR sessions to identify areas for process improvement.
• Support PBR Program Expansion & Governance: Assist in training delivery for Tier 2-4 PBRs and monitor Tier 2 PBR execution to ensure adherence to program standards.
• Maintain Vendor & PBR Information Hub: Manage and organize all PBR documentation and related vendor information within SharePoint and the designated vendor workspace, including the creation and upkeep of vendor profiles.
• Provide Program Support: Act as a point of contact for PBR-related inquiries and assist with collecting and organizing information for leadership events and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage recurring business review cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (for presentation development), Excel (for tracking), and Forms (for feedback collection).
• Experience managing content and documentation in SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Comfortable supporting training delivery and governance for program expansion.
• Experience acting as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and leadership reporting.
