Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our client in the property management industry on a 2-month contract basis with a high likelihood of extensions and potential conversion to permanent full-time. This is a fully on-site role and will require the successful candidate to work in office Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Controller and oversee tasks ranging from Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, tenant inquiries, vendor management and overall customer service. Additionally, you will be working largely within the Yardi platform within a Microsoft Office 365 environment.

- 1-to-3 years' experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in the property management space or relative industry (construction, hotel, etc.)
- Strong hands on experience working within Yardi Property Management Software
- Previously experience overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable from an administrative capacity
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience managing lease agreements
