Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our client in the HCM consulting space on a full-time basis. They will lead end-to-end implementation of ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG modules, including HR, Benefits, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure workflows, eligibility rules, pay codes, and automations in compliance with Canadian HR and payroll regulations. Manage data migration, integration with external systems, and full testing cycles. Develop documentation, training materials, and deliver hands-on training with post-go-live support. Create dashboards and reports for HR, payroll, and compliance. Continuously optimize processes and ensure system setups align with CRA, EI, CPP, and provincial standards. Operate in a client-facing, self-managed role within complex environments. This role will be full remote, but will require the HRIS Analyst to work PST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience implementing or configuring ADP WFN (Canada) and/or UKG
-Deep knowledge of Canadian payroll, benefits, and compliance legislation
-Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and cross-system coordination
-Proven ability to analyze requirements and configure system solutions from end to end
-Proficiency with Excel and data management; familiarity with ADP/UKG reporting tools
-Experience managing system testing, issue tracking, and rollout planning

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-CHRP certified (or in progress)
-Change management or process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prosci)
-Training, Learning & Development experience
