Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of either a group of related projects, 1-2 programs across 3+ functions within lululemon, or 3+ well established and mature scrum/operational teams.
The Program Manager oversees the Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers responsible for tactical
delivery of key projects within the program that could be agile OR waterfall. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.
Responsible for overall delivery of a well-established capability in the program from planning to
development that serves a long-term business objective
Manages the assigned program including but not limited to managing the execution of plans associated
with established and mature products, teams, capability or technology solution implementation or
migration
Creates overall delivery timelines, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, cross-functional
dependencies, and reporting structure to track progress across multiple workstreams with guidance
from Product Manager or Technology Manager
Unblocks the team and proactively problem solves as needed throughout the program lifecycle with
guidance from Product Manager or Technology Manager
Effectively identifies and solves for potential risks, issues, and develops strategies to prevent realization
of risks while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders
Validates that the project delivers the expected outcomes, supports business objectives, and is of
quality
Guides and coaches the teams to ensure the objectives of a project are understood, documented, and
measurable
Manages Program budget (actuals & forecast)
Onboarding & offboarding of resources
Owns program related resource management and 3rd party vendor management. Point of Contact for
Procurement, Security, Legal, Stakeholder Management (Sponsor, Leadership, Architects)
Develops relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across regions (NA,
EMEA, APAC, China) and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business
objectives.
Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.

- 5+ years in technology or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp in project management, 1-2 yrs in program
- Proven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as but not limited to, onboarding, recruiting, vendor management, capacity management, dependency management, resource management, annual planning process, workforce management etc.
- Ability to operate with low degree of ambiguity, leveraging existing processes and tools with guidance from Technology Manager
- Proven experience managing budget of >=$1M capex annually or size of initiative along with experience in forecasting
- Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid & agile delivery teams
- Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and
North America
