Insight Global is looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer for one of our major retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a passion for developing innovative solutions to streamline business processes. The teams responsibility is to embed intelligent automation into every team and department, allowing for optimization and efficiency. As a Sr Lead RPA developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, creating complex workflows and reusable components. The successful candidate will integrate RPA with MS Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, ensuring secure API interactions. The role involves deploying and managing RPA solutions on Azure/AWS, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, and working with SQL & NoSQL databases. Additionally, you will also create and maintain process documentation, implement security controls, and handle data transformation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to improving development standards.
