Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager, Real Estate & Construction to join the Real Estate and Land Development Team with one of BC's leading health authorities.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting feasibility, design and implementation of facilities projects across the health authority ranging from $500 thousand to $10 million. Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of large project teams of internal staff and contractors. The position requires strict understanding and adherence to procurement policy, cost tracking, decisions tracking and making recommendations and decisions on technical scope considerations. This resource will be required to be onsite 2 days a week in their Vancouver office and flexible to project site visits.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 6 years in a Project Manager role managing, leading and directing tenant improvements and/or facilities projects in a complex institutional environment, preferably public sector
Experience in construction, real estate, facilities, land development, or architectural environments
Experience in end to end construction facilities projects
Experience with stakeholder engagement/steering committee
Experience working with and alongside different trades and understanding design progress
Experience working with budgets ranging from 1 to 5 million
Experience with permitting processes
