Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Ecommerce Fraud Specialist to join a large retailer in Vancouver, BC. This role is predominantly manual review for fraud protection and mitigation. This role will be working on a system of fraud management applications, specifically, cybersource. There are current definitions of what is suspicious within an order and there are automatic rules in place that either accepts orders or rejects orders depending on the suspicious activity. A small percentage of orders require human logic and will be on hold for manual review. This individual will review one order at a time to make a decision on whether the order is fraudulent or not. The Fraud Specialist will also answer any fraud related questions from internal employees and external customers.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in fraud management

Understands fraud applications, processes and concepts

Experience in either ecommerce, retail or financial services

2+ years of research experience connecting the dots and leveraging opensource intelligence to validate orders
