Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join one of Canada's largest athleisure companies on a 100% remote 10-month contract. You will be joining the People & Culture team to provide change management in an agile environment where you'll be dedicated to a particular Product Management team. This team is built up of a group of analysts and developers who are working on improving the employee experience around hiring/recruiting. We're looking for someone with proven experience leading change management in an agile space and who is familiar with the Talent Acquisition/Hiring HR function as this is a space with highly complex processes. The projects are defined on a quarterly basis where the goal is to make continuous enhancements and upgrades. The successful individual should have experience with stakeholder management, can communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, and have experience with Change Management methodologies (E.g. ADKAR and Prosci).

3+ years of Change Management experience ideally in an Agile environment
Strong foundational understanding of recruiting/hiring/HR processes
Fluency with ADKAR or Prosci methodologies and at least one major framework for how to scale change management for an agile environment
Experience delivering change in a Talent Acquisition context
Fluency in core agile values, mindset, methods, roles including Scrum and Kanban
Business understanding of an applicant tracking system
