Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join one of Canada's largest athleisure companies on a 100% remote, 12-month contract. You will be joining the People & Culture team working on two key initiatives related to the creation of job architecture frameworks globally and a time and payment compliance project related to internal employees. We are looking for someone with very strong project management foundations to be paired with our in-seat Program Manager who has heavy HR experience. Phase 1 of the job architecture project will be focused on organizing jobs performing similar types of work into meaningful Job Family Groups and Job Families and allow us to develop a thoughtful global job catalogue reflecting work across the organization within Workday and our book of record. We are seeking someone who can communicate effectively with the project team (up to 10 people) as well as stakeholders across the business and technology teams. These projects will be running in a waterfall-like environment and requires someone with a strong understanding of project management best practices, processes, and the ability to navigate a team throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Management experience

Experience working within HR/People & Culture teams utilizing enterprise HR systems (Workday)

Knowledge of change management (current state, future state, etc)

Background in digital technology or similar field

Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
