Perform Jira administration of Atlassian tools: Jira and add-on support Jira Structure by

ALM Works

Carry out Coda administration and development tasks

Conduct business process analysis relating to workflow configuration,support of ongoing

requirements, and environment management

Design and develop workflows; build custom applications using plugins (Jira) or Packs

(Coda); develop mechanisms to automate manual processes

Provide subject matter expertise in discussions regarding governance

Build dashboards and reports

Create and maintain technical and/or user facing documentation for training

Develop and execute automation in close collaboration with cross-functional team

members/key stakeholders

Provide data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and

cross-functional collaboration

General

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organizations to gather requirements,

develop and deliver solutions to optimize the tooling experiences

Develop metrics dashboards and reports to provide development teams and senior

leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports

Balance user requests and business needs against established JIRA and Coda

governance best practices.

Multi-task and balance tasks with varying priorities.

Maintain strong and healthy relationships with key stakeholders

Have at least one year's experience gathering requirements from key stakeholders

Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to

effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.



Jira

Manage all aspects of the Atlassian tool chain including workflows, custom fields,

schemes, add-ons and integrations

Design custom Jira workflows for different issues types to assist in automation

Create, customize, and maintain support dashboards and advanced filters for end users

reporting capabilities

Possess traditional Java development experience and understanding how to use

HTML/CSS/JS and using/extending REST/API Services

Have knowledge of Structure's Expr formulas

Implement custom JQL functions (Jira Query Language)



Coda

Understand best practices for setting up Coda based on internal security policies,

including how to structure workspaces and folders

Manage Coda workspaces and pack usage, set sharing policies, and access

management for docs, forms, and packs

Be knowledgeable about the Coda formula language and formula builder

Understand common database patterns and best practices, set up tables and views,

create connections between tables, and use filters and conditional formatting.

Be able to create workflows in Coda, including the use of buttons and automation

Be able to setup integration with external tools such as Jira

Experience in developing custom scripts/Rest APIs

Experience in creating JIRA plugins utilizing Atlassian's REST APIs

Experience in creating Coda packs using Pack Studio
