Inside Global is looking for an Inside Territory Manager to join one of North America's largest auctioneering companies. This person is responsible for is responsible for managing an assigned group of customers. They will introduce, promote and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities. Here's a few things they will do daily:
Encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctions
Assess your customers' needs and provide solutions based on our service offerings
Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and sales
Develop assigned territory by utilizing Playbook and executing on your Core Activity & Behavior Script (CABS)
ITM's will be assigned accounts based on the account's annual potential.

A post-secondary diploma or degree (eg, Bachelor's Degree) is preferred
Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
Inside sales experience in quota-driven sales
