Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Service Desk Analyst to join our client located in Vancouver, BC. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity that would require you to be on-site 3x/week. The successful candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience within Help Desk Support and should be a ITIL certified, or should be able to get ITIL certified within the 6-months of starting. The role will consist of support the entire organization with any IT related needs and technical escalations. They should additionally have strong experience working within Windows OS, as well as mac OS and handling tickets through JIRA. Lastly, they should have good experience working within servers, virtualizations, PowerShell scripting and documentation.
