Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Payments team at one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. This individual will be diving head first into the Payments team current state to understand how the different payments and fraud systems operate across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a high level of curiosity to be able to scope out pain points and carry out those pain points through to solution.
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Has experience supporting enterprise payments such as Adyen or cybersource OR has experience supporting/building out banking payment gateways
- Has project level experience carrying from conception through to delivery as well as process improvement experience
- Has enterprise wide experience supporting payment systems for eComm as well as brick-and-mortar
- Has experience presenting and communicating with executive level leadership
- Has worked in agile environment and is skilled using Jira, Confluence, as well as basic MS Suite products
- Has experience supporting fraud systems
