Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a People Analytics Partner to join the People & Culture (HR) Analytics team at one of Canada's largest athleisure companies. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to influence key strategic business decisions and create a high performance work culture using data driven insights. As a People Analytics Partner, some responsibilities include:



- Consult on the build and delivery of analytical and BI solutions, such as scorecards and building dashboards, including guides and other supportive material



- Present data findings and insights across all levels of leadership and stakeholders



- Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideals into cohesive recommendations



- Ensure consistency around data quality through the development of educational programs and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)

Experience with statistics (correlations, group differences, regressions, etc.), as well as Analytics and Visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Excel

Proven ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders that tell a compelling story using analytics
