The Collections Clerk is responsible for the collection of all overdue franchisee, bottler, distributor, corporate, and miscellaneous amounts. In addition, the position is also responsible for the collection of all overdue service and advertising fees.
- Basic accounting, collections or bookkeeping knowledge
- Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Tenacity for relationship-building
- Attention to detail and self-motivation
- Familiarity working with collaborative technology software tools, such as the Google suite of products
- Formal education in an Accounting discipline
- Previous administration experience
