Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Integration Developer (focus in Workday Studio) to support our client in the higher education industry. This role is a full time, permanent position with the requirement of two days a week on site. The candidate would be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday integrations using Workday Studio, analyzing, modifying, and troubleshooting integration issues, creating roadmaps, and ensuring data integrity/security within all integrations. They should additionally have strong familiarity within programming, calling webservices and API's, and lastly building automation.



The candidate will also be working cross functionally with other teams to gather requirements and design integrations that meet the business needs. They will additionally be participating in code review with their peers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a preference for Workday Studio

- A skilled Developer that has built integrations within complex systems

- Ability to take a change request and go into it to make modifications, modify the code, and then deploy it

- Strong coding experience within XML, XSLT, in addition to API call automation

- Needs to have programming experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with XML and XSLT based coding languages like Java
