Job Description

We are seeking two Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a growing team supporting OE Actives, Reliability, and Compass initiatives. This is an opportunity to help transform a prototype into an enterprise-scale platform that provides leadership with critical visibility into operational performance, cloud spend, system reliability, incidents, and change management across the organization.

The team recently built and demonstrated an early prototype to executive leadership, and due to strong stakeholder interest, dedicated engineering resources are being added to evolve the solution into a production-ready platform.

This is a highly visible role where you will work on net-new development, contribute to architectural decisions, and build solutions that drive operational insights across systems including Jira, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and other enterprise tools.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript
Build scalable APIs and backend services that aggregate and process operational data from multiple enterprise systems
Create dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into:
Cloud costs by product and application
Production incidents and business impact
Change request management and deployment metrics
Reliability and operational health indicators
Develop real-time and event-driven solutions using Kafka and streaming technologies
Build and optimize data models and queries within PostgreSQL
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in architecture discussions and influence platform design decisions
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications
Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices
