- Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.
- Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
- Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports
- Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.
- Collaborate with the management team
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
- Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations.
- Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand business requirements.
- Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.
What success looks like:
Success in this role is demonstrated through the timely management and resolution of operational requests, regulatory notices, and compliance-related activities that support Fire Suppression and Plumbing programs.
The associate proactively reviews and prioritizes incoming emails, researches issues, confirms inspection status and compliance requirements, and ensures appropriate follow-up actions are taken. This includes responding to stakeholders, documenting findings, and creating work orders when corrective action is required due to Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requests, notices of violation, or inspection-related deficiencies.
The associate also serves as a key support resource for business unit leadership by reviewing vendor proposals and invoices, gathering necessary information, and providing recommendations to senior leadership on whether items should be approved, rejected, or held for further review. They are empowered to act on routine rejections while escalating higher-risk or higher-cost decisions with clear supporting rationale.

• Effective coordination and follow-through to ensure inspections, violations, and corrective actions are properly addressed.
• Sound judgment in reviewing proposals and invoices and providing well-supported recommendations.

• Supporting regulatory compliance and minimizing risk through proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
- Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical and administrative software (such as Excel, Word, PPT)
- Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
- Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
- Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is desired, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous
