Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Planning & Strategy to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a leading in-store Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) network for a large retailer in the NWA area. This role will act as the business owner of in-store digital screen content, driving initiatives that run, optimize, and evolve the business.
This individual will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, technology, and operations—owning end-to-end execution from content strategy through installation, testing, and measurement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong operator, and proactive problem solver who can navigate a large, cross-functional environment and drive impact.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience developing and executing:
- Content strategy (messaging, creative frameworks aligned to business goals)
- Product and platform requirements (CMS or retail media platforms preferred)
- Cross-functional implementation plans (technology, operations, real estate)
- Measurement frameworks and test-and-learn agendas
- Go-to-market strategies for new products or capabilities
Ad policy development and governance

- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder management
- Background in retail media, digital marketing, content strategy, or advertising

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in large-scale organizations (e.g., major retailers or tech-driven consumer platforms)
- Exposure to in-store retail media, DOOH, or omnichannel marketing ecosystems
- Familiarity with working alongside suppliers, agencies, and external partners
