Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EVS Manager to lead a high-performing team within a large hospital environment in Sherwood, AR. This role will oversee a diverse group of supervisors and frontline EVS staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining team accountability and meeting all KPI measures.
- Ensure consistent communication regarding operational needs with the EVS Market Director, Human Resources and EVS team members.
- Proactively managing daily operations and addressing issues with a positive mindset.
- Collaborating with nursing leadership and making sound operational decisions.
Pay rate - $25-30/hr
Shift - 8am-5pm w/ flexibility to work weekends
