Job Description
A large client of ours is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This person will be responsible for seamless communication, timely updates, and efficient coordination across internal teams, suppliers, and field stakeholders. The project coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for order status, delivery timelines, installation activities, and issue resolution, helping maintain visibility and prevent surprises for business partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
Excellent soft skills, including the ability to de‑escalate, educate, and guide stakeholders through processes.
Proven ability to explain workflows, timelines, and expectations in a clear and structured manner.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of inquiries.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to build trust and maintain consistent communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to pull data, build graphs, create pivot tables, and perform VLOOKUPs.
Experience coordinating with vendors or field teams in a large enterprise environment.
