Job Description
This role will support the refinement and redesign of a BOM Portal, modernizing workflows and user experiences to align with a new BOM schema. Core workflows and requirements exist but require updates to address legacy assumptions embedded in prior designs and wireframes. The consultant will focus on redesigning the BOM Viewer page, ensuring it reflects formulation‑level granularity rather than recipe‑level behavior, including spec change visibility and reconciliation updates. They will update and finalize wireframes that address current‑state pain points and revised user behaviors. The role includes validating designs through targeted user interviews, usability reviews, and demo‑driven feedback sessions with business stakeholders. The consultant will also support developers during implementation and participate in UAT (May/June timeframe) to review feedback and recommend UI adjustments.

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong enterprise UX experience with complex, data‑heavy workflows
-Proven ability to refine existing designs rather than starting from scratch
-Experience redesigning viewer‑style pages tied to evolving data models
-Comfortable working with partial documentation and changing requirements
-Experience aligning UX designs to backend schema foundations
