Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Home business, with a focus on CRM and digital initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales. This role will help develop campaign strategies and write creative briefs aligned to category priorities and brand goals.
Key responsibilities include briefing and executing email and push campaigns, supporting campaign and assortment strategy planning, identifying and leveraging items through the MSP process to support marketing activations, partnering with the site experience team to select linking destinations that improve the customer journey, reviewing creative proofs and performing QA prior to launch, providing ad hoc updates to the affiliate marketing team regarding product updates or launches, and supporting project management and reporting needs.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or a related coordination or specialist role
• Exposure to CRM marketing channels such as email and push notifications preferred
• Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience partnering cross functionally with creative, editorial, marketing, and site teams
• Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing creative assets and performing quality assurance
• Working knowledge of Excel for reporting and campaign tracking
• Ability to work in a fast paced, complex, and ambiguous environment
• Comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and challenging the status quo
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented mindset
