Operate Domestic PO services in production
Lead post‑incident RCAs and prevent recurrence
Maintain health dashboards and observability signals

6-10 years of experience in SRE role or similar role
Incident management & RCA
Kafka consumer health & throughput tuning
Temporal workflow monitoring and scaling
SLO/SLA and reliability engineering practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Chaos testing and traffic replay tools
