Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire full-time Maintenance Mechanics to join one of their large food processing clients at their Fort Smith location. This role is during 2nd shift (D shift) with the hours of 5:30 PM to 6 AM on Thursday/Friday/Saturday and every other Sunday. In this role, you would be responsible for preventative maintenance on their packaging equipment. This position offers a fantastic benefits package, including an 18 month paid apprenticeship program to University of Fort Smith, and much more! The hourly pay range for this position is $29.69-$34.30, with the hourly rate decided by the client post-interview. Required Skills & Experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good mechanical experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Preventative maintenance/repair experience
- Being self motivated, looking to grow in your career

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Electrical experience (experience working around 480V 3-phase systems)
- PLC troubleshooting experience
