Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact between commercial clients and cleaners
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Quickly identify and implement operational solutions to client issues
Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met through site visits and inspections
Communicate clearly and respectfully with cleaning staff, offering support and holding
them accountable
Track client needs and ensure requests are not forgotten or missed
Notify internal team members promptly and professionally about customer updates or
changes—via both verbal and written communication
Proactively follow up on tasks to ensure proper execution by the cleaning team
Travel out-of-state approximately 10% of the time (minimal, but must be available)

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in operations management, facilities, quality assurance, or similar roles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle conflict resolution with professionalism and courtesy
Highly organized and detail-focused
Ability to lead and support teams effectively—firm when necessary, always respectful
Strong sense of self-discipline, follow-through, and accountability
High attention to detail—even without prior cleaning experience, you can spot what’s not
up to standard
Valid driver’s license
Willingness and availability to travel out-of-state as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage, but not required
