Job Description
An employer in Bentonville, AR is looking for a Data Scientist with eCommerce domain knowledge to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies related to fraudulent activity on our ecommerce platform. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the rule-based models in place are effectively detecting and minimizing fraudulent transactions. This person will be expected to perform daily and weekly analytics reporting tasks and have the skills to identify fraud trends and exceptions. They will provide insights from the data to support the Senior Manager in fraud model rules decision making.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role
eCommerce domain experience
Experienced in conducting in-depth analyses of model performance to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies, and to assess the effectiveness of rule modifications and refining where necessary
Experience with the GCP cloud platform and BigQuery
Experience with Oracle database
Proficiency with SQL and GoogleSQL
Experienced in designing and implementing rule-based models to guide strategic business decisions
Strong investigation, collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
eCommerce Fraud domain knowledge
