Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new signage system across 600 retail clubs nationwide. This initiative aims to improve product discoverability for both members and associates by deploying updated aisle and bay tags. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong project management skills to drive cross-functional coordination and deliver on a tight timeline.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong background in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira and Airtable.
Experience working with engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with retail environments, especially Walmart, Target, or Lowe’s, is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable with minimal strategic input—this role is execution-heavy.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the signage rollout, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance strategy.
- Coordinate across Marketing, CAD, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage a phased rollout, starting with physical signage and evolving into digital/mobile experiences.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports using Jira and Airtable.
- Track club-specific signage needs and ensure accurate implementation across all locations.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with engineering and design teams.
Identify risks and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure stakeholder communication and reporting at all levels.
- Support long-term sustainability planning for signage updates beyond initial rollout.
